Shipping Address
We only ship to the billing or shipping address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses and only ship to valid residential or business addresses.
Toy Hunters Garage shall not be responsible for delays or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
Change of Shipping Address
If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us at toyhunters96@gmail.com within 12 hours after placing your order.
Requests received after the order has been processed or shipped may not be accepted. Any additional shipping charges resulting from address changes will be the customer’s responsibility.
Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time within Malaysia is 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and destination.
Tracking Number
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email, SMS, or the courier’s tracking platform (where applicable).
Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of their parcel.
Shipping Partners
Orders are shipped using our appointed courier partners, including but not limited to SPX Express, Pos Malaysia, J&T Express, Ninja Van, or other available courier services.
